Brian was born and raised in Dinwiddie County. After graduating from college in 1998 and working in Maryland for a short time, he returned home in 2000 and began his career with the Firm. With a keen interest in downtown Petersburg, he quickly developed the expertise needed to guide clients through the process of applying for historic tax credits and the complex partnership issues that are sometimes related. His clients include developers, farmers, manufacturers, retail stores, professionals, restaurants, and non-profit organizations. He is active in his church and several community organizations.
